How to lead and motivate teams and individuals
Developing the balance between delivering management results and earning the trust and respect of the team
How to communicate simply and effectively in order to improve team performance and morale
Knowledge of Disciplinary and Grievance procedures, when and how to use them – nip it in the bud!
How to manage absence
Understanding the importance of your performance to your team, your manager and the customer
